PUSHPULL is operated by BevAssets LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in plain English, because that is how we do everything.
When you join the network we collect the information you give us: your name, company or account name, email address, home market, your role in the industry, and what services interest you. If you become a paying client we also collect billing information through our payment processor, which we never store ourselves.
We use your information to run your membership: pointing you to the right part of the network, sending the newsletter and service communications, and delivering anything you purchase. If you are a brand client, we use the information you share with us (such as account lists and distributor reports) solely to deliver your services.
We do not sell your contact information. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, databases, payments), who are bound to use it only on our behalf.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect service emails tied to an active engagement.
PUSHPULL is for beverage industry professionals and adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a human will handle it. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we honor them.
