Free membership gives you access to the resources we make available to members. We may update, add, or retire free features as the network grows. Paid services are governed by a separate service agreement you sign before work begins.
Educational content on this site, including compliance guides, is general information drawn from experience. It is not legal advice, and beverage alcohol rules vary by state. Confirm anything regulatory with your own counsel. We describe our services honestly, including where our field coverage exists and where it does not, and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as placements, depletions, or sales.
If you post to the community or job board, keep it professional, lawful, and honest. We may remove content that is not. You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to display it on the network.
We operate within federal and state beverage alcohol regulations and we decline work that would violate them. We may refuse or remove any content or activity on compliance grounds.
We may update these terms as the network grows. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date.
